Ministry Staff Coaching (Individual & Group)

Lead Pastor Coaching

Lead Pastor (Spouse) Coaching
Being a pastor’s wife is often a very challenging and confusing role. Most church congregations won’t understand the dynamics they have to face, which often includes loneliness. We also understand the pressures facing a lead pastor’s wife and the importance of staying spiritually and emotionally healthy. Dr. Ambrose’s wife Susan has 27+ years of experience as a pastor’s wife and understands the issues first hand. She will provide a safe and caring coaching environment where new areas of growth can be experienced in order to live out a fruitful and lasting ministry.
Elder Board Coaching
Being an Elder is a complex and sacred responsibility in any church. The intersection between full-time staff and part-time Elders can become a tricky balance. Leadership roles, communication, humility, unity, trust, and accountability all play a part in the equation. We will come alongside your senior leadership (i.e. Elders) and provide both individual and group coaching to help them achieve new levels of spiritual health and to maximize their God-given potential.
