Dr. Mark Ambrose has 25+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience. His background as a Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, Elder, Counselor, Employer, Trainer, and Coach has uniquely positioned him to provide a safe and caring coaching experience for any ministry leader. Dr. Ambrose began his career in business consulting for a National Consulting Firm in Los Angeles, Ca. After 10 years at the senior management level, Dr. Ambrose accepted God’s calling to go into full-time ministry, where he served as Executive Pastor for 10 years and 16 years as Lead Pastor in a 3000-member church.

A native of Southern California, Dr. Ambrose earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He also earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and Doctorate (D.Min.) degrees from Talbot School of Theology. Dr. Ambrose is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach at the ACC level and is a current and active member.

Dr. Ambrose has been married since 1982 to his best friend and beautiful wife Susan. Together they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
